E Safety Newsletters

St. Bede's Catholic Junior School has joined forces with Knowsley City Learning Centres to provide current information regarding E Safety. We work hard in school to keep children safe when using electronic devices and we want to support parents and carers in further supporting their children at home.

Monthly newsletters will be posted on this part of the website. They are extremely useful and packed with the latest information. We hope you find them informative - please let us know what you think! Send us a Tweet @stbedesjunior.

Ruby and Rachel, our E Safety Officers, were trained by the Cheshire Police CEOP Team this term. The girls were great ambassadors for our school and learnt so much on the day.

The girls spent the day at the Cheshire Police Headquarters in Winsford. The sessions were led by police officers. The sessions focused on how to stay safe on-line.

Well done Ruby and Rachel - you did a great job and Mrs. Kaye, Computing Subject Leader, is very excited to put your plans into action!

News Flash - Rachel and Ruby delivered lessons to Year 6 and Year 3 about E Safety. The girls wrote an E Safety quiz which they then delivered to the children. The girls will now analyse the results and tailor our furute E Safety lessons to plug any gaps. Well done to Rachel and Ruby - fantastic work and definite future teachers!
