A Prayer for our RSHE lessons

Loving Father,

You created each one of us in Your image – unique, special and deeply loved.  Thank you for the gift of our bodies, our minds, our feelings and our friendships.  As we begin our RSHE lesson today, help us to understand more about ourselves and the journey of love You call us to follow.  Teach us to speak with kindness, to listen with care and to treat ourselves and others with dignity and respect.  Guide us as we grow so that we may make good and loving choices and learn to build healthy, happy relationships.  May we always remember: we are never alone – you walk with us – and we are part of a family of faith and love.  We are children of God – help us to respect, love and achieve in every part of our lives.
